We can provide all member service functions in the following capacities:
- Pre-planned travel itineraries including full concierge services, for example: airline reservations, car rentals, local activities recommendations and scheduling, dinner recommendations and reservations.
- Manage and maintain all vendor relationships related to travel.
- Create and maintain member profiles, preferences and satisfaction surveys.
- Member/owner usage tracking and reporting.
- Generate trip billing for inside and outside services.
- Guest call center for any issues that may arise while "in residence".
- Full accounting services including Accounts Payable and Receivable and payroll services.
- Staffing services.
- Ability to transition to in-house if/when the client’s needs change
